A team that invests in the futures of those left behind every day.
We’re a tech nonprofit cultivating the strongest cross-campus community of its kind to deliver community building, academic support, and career development opportunities at scale.

We exist to increase the number of Black and Latinx Computer Science graduates that go on to launch rewarding technical careers.

We envision a future where Black and Latinx technologists are at the forefront of innovation.

We're organizing a portfolio of tools, resources, and opportunities to ensure that every member is equipped to complete their degree and land a full-time, technical job.

About the Founder
I studied Computer Science at Cornell and quickly realized how bad the underrepresentation of Black and Latinx CS students was on campus and in the industry. It bothered me so much that I spent my own time mentoring my peers, then built a club to scale those efforts. That club ended up helping triple Black and Latinx CS enrollment. For me, accomplishing something similar at a national scale (ColorStack) was the logical next step. There is nothing more fulfilling to me than helping Black and Latinx students across the country choose Computer Science, complete their degree, and start exciting technical careers after they graduate.
